No. The basic version works without registration. Favourite stations and your vehicle profile are stored locally on the device.
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → WattRate. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Apple or Google handles payments. We never see your card.
In the app: Account → Restore purchases (the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Premium).
